The European Business Awards is an independent program which aims to actively promote operating companies, for their innovation and outstanding application of best business practices. The competition groups together known public figures, business representatives, science and prestigious research institutions; its patron is the European Commissioner for Trade, Karel De Gucht. The values it promotes, i.e. innovation, entrepreneurship, ethical performance and sustainability, reflect those popularized by the European Union.

With the title of National Champion, Nowy Styl Group is among Europe's most innovative companies, industry leaders in their respective countries, characterized by high growth rates. “Over the years, we have been confirming our strong position in the European market. The dynamic development of Nowy Styl Group has been recognized in the first stage of the European Business Awards competition and the values which inspire us in everyday activities reinforce our belief that we are moving in the right direction,” says Magdalena Tokarczyk-Cyran, Marketing Director for Nowy Styl Group.
In the next stage, participants will upload video presentations, which will present company history and activities. The entries will be judged not only by a strict jury, but also by Internet users who will choose the best presentations from each country. The winners of the finals across the individual categories will be announced in April 2014.
Recently, Nowy Styl Group also found its place among FEMB (European federation of office furniture) associates, as our country representative. It is a unique event, because members of the industry's most important institutions in Europe are mostly state-owned organizations and associations; rarely are they private companies. According to FEMB’s list, the 100 biggest companies generate total sales of EUR 7 billion. The Nowy Styl Group came fourth with a result of EUR 242 million in sales revenue.
